Partner & Sales & Winery Relations TAYLOR BARTOLUCCI
Taylor is the younger daughter of Andrea and Susan Bartolucci and, like her sister Brette, was raised on the family’s Madonna Vineyard in Carneros.
From an early age, Taylor was immersed in vineyard and winery life, assisting her father with hands-on work that naturally evolved into a full-time role within the family business.
Throughout her teenage years, Taylor worked in both the cellar and vineyard. After graduating from high school, she began leading tasting room tours during college breaks and assisting with winery public relations and special events—experiences that sparked her passion for connecting people to the Madonna Estate story.
In 2004, Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Pepperdine University. She then joined a public relations firm in Los Angeles, where she honed her communications, marketing, and event-planning skills. While living in Southern California, Taylor remained actively involved with Madonna Estate, supporting winery events and completing the University of California, Davis Viticulture and Enology distance-learning program.
Taylor returned to Napa Valley in July 2005 to join her father and sister as a partner in the winery, serving as Director of Sales and Winery Relations. She completed her UC Davis coursework in July 2006 and earned a Certificate in Winemaking, further strengthening her blend of business acumen and technical wine knowledge.
Deeply committed to the Napa Valley community, Taylor wears many hats beyond the winery. In 2009, she co-founded Lucky Penny Productions, Napa Valley’s premier nonprofit theatre company. She also co-hosts the Morning Show on 99.3 The Vine alongside Barry Martin, remains actively involved with Leadership Napa Valley and served as a City of Napa Parks and Recreation Commissioner. Taylor is also the proud mother of fifth-generation Bartolucci family members Rocco (born September 2017) and Gia (born April 2019).
As a fourth-generation member of the Bartolucci family, Taylor is dedicated to honoring and advancing her family’s legacy. She is passionate about sustaining Madonna Estate’s tradition of premium grape growing and fine winemaking, while helping guide the winery into a vibrant and exciting future.
